Today's Song of the Day came out in 80.  The song is a combo of new wave, punk and disco.  It was the bands third UK number 1 single.  It was from their 4th album, Eat to the Beat.  I know that doesn't help you but too bad.  The video shows a few nuclear blasts and the band was playing in a post apocalyptic night club.   The band is Blondie and the song is Atomic.  I believe if you play the album backwards you can hear Debbie Harry whisper fuck putin.
