Today's song is from 86 from this UK band as a non-album single with the B side on the 7 inch being Vicar In A Tutu.  It eventually was released on a double album in 87 called Louder Than Bombs.  It was also released on an album in  95 called by the band's name and then "Singles".   This album had 18 great songs.  Today's song is reportedly about the vocalist and guitar player listening to the BBC and hearing about Chernobyl and then the DJ played I Am Your Man by Wham!  They thought WTF and later penned the words Hang The Dj.  Yeah, that is it.  The band is The Smiths and the song is not Hang The Dj but it is called Panic.  Someone should hang put-in.
