Today's song of the day is from 2001 after this Garden Grove Cali band's sixth album, Conspiracy Of One.   The song was  made for the movie Orange County and eventually came out on the band's  Greatest Hits compilation.   The band is The Offspring and the song is Defy You.  I defy you to give me a reason that put-in should not be in the meat grinder.
