Today's pic is actually a video from last night.  On Superbowl evening Nolan did not like the loud noise and delivered some punches.  Take a look here.  Well he was at it again.  Z was a bit "happy" last night and Nolan lashed out.  I did not capture the attack but I was waiting for a second one.

Today's song comes from a Canadian band from Nova Scotia.  It is from from their debut album, Smeared from 91.  I could of went with Take It In but I am going with the single from the album.  I wish put-in was smeared.  The band is Sloan and the song is Underwhelmed.  I wish put-in was taken in the meat grinder with his other orcs.
