Today's song of the day is from 83 from this NYC band's fifth album, Speaking In Tongues.  It was the first single off the album.  The title is adapted from an audience chant at Madison Square Garden's at a Parliament Funkadelic show.  They chanted "burn down the house".  David Byrne liked it and changed it to the title of this Talking Heads song, Burning Down The House.  Hopefully someone burns down put-in's house so he can go to the meat grinder.
