Today's pic of the day is from August 95 or 96.  Inline Skate 5km, Mountain Bike 6k and run 4 km relay.  Dave D inline, Steve T biker  and I guess.   Nice glasses guys.

I was thrifting a couple months back and saw this T.  I am not sure if we did this the first year they had this or the second so I am not quite sure of the date we did it.  I will try and look it up in my running log, not that it really matters.

Today's song of the day is from 85 from this UK band's first single of their sixth album, The Head On A Door.  Soph and I saw this band back sans kids in 'Merica.  She was pulled over by a state trooper because she made a right on a red and had to say the alphabet backwards and do that nose touch thing. Anyways the band is The Cure and the song is In Between Days  (Without You).  The world would be better without you put-in especially if you were in the meat grinder.
