Today's song of the day is from 2015 from this Danish artist's eponymous second album.  I remember my son was 10 when it was released and I thought of him as the song talks about 11 year old boy at one point.  The song is about growing old.  I heard it today in a store and almost cried.  I usually do when I hear it.

My dad got 60, almost 61.  He died the month he would of turned 61.  Now I am getting there.

Yeah my mom was taken from me when I was 7 so this song really hits a chord with me.  Anyways you might know the song but maybe not the artist.  The song is 7 Years by Lukas Graham.  I hope doesn't make it past 72 and visits the meatgrinder.
