 This agreement was The Budapest Memorandum.  maggats you should be not just sending weapons but you pledged that you should be fighting an aggression to Ukraine soil which means boots on the ground.  The cult of 45 will not save you.  It will not go better with Coke.  It will not get rid of the nubs either.
