Today's song of the day is from  '80 from this North Ireland band's second album, Nobody's Heroes.  Today's song was released as a double A single with Nobody's Hero being the other song.  Today's song was banned by the BBC as it worried that the song would diminish the number of youth joining the military.  Today's song is Tin Soldier (not the same as Small Faces) by Stiff Little Fingers.  A soldier needs to be a hero and put put-in in the meatgrinder.
