Today's song of the day comes from 84 from a  St Paul Minnesota punk band.  It is from a non-album single.  It is a cover of a Byrd's song.   Not The Replacements.  Bob Mould was the lead singer.  The band is Husker Du and the song is Eight Miles High.  I will give you the audio and then a live version from 87.  Eight miles high is probably what putin is.
