Today's song of the day is from 79 from this UK band's third album, London Calling.  Just loved Joe Strummer and Mick Jones.  In uni I put a bumper sticker from the student radio station CJAM that used the London Calling cover on my front dashboard.  The picture is iconic. It is  of bassist Paul Simonon smashing his Fender bass on stage in 79.  I am going with a cover version from this Gainsville Flo Rida band's '08 album, Til The Wheels Fall Off.  The band is Hot Water Music and the song is Clampdown.  We need to have put-in fall off into the meatgrinder.  As a bonus I give you Rage Against The Machines live cover from 91.  You can hear someone ask "Are these guys any good.  lol.  It is amazing.  I don't know if people know whether to shyt or wind their watch.
