Today's song of the day is from 85 from this Minny MN band's fourth album, Tim.  Today's song was the first single released for the album and is the first track on side 2.  Got to love Paul Westerberg.  Saw them at The University of Windsor in early September of 84 with Glen H (Coach).  We were frosh and took the city bus to the show.  Sheep Look Up from London opened.  The band is The Replacements and the song is Bastards Of Young.  The ruzzian bastard put-in should be replaced after being put in the meatgrinder.  Below is the studio version and a live version from Milwaukee at the Eagles Ballroom.  Jovo is lucky and gets to go there.
