Today's song of the day is not a song at all.  The other night my daughter came home late from work and was making what sounded like she was sawing wood in her room.  She was not sawing wood but it reminded me of the National Film Board short The Big Snit about the husband sawing and the wife rolling her eyes.  Love the cat.  If you have 10 minutes it is great.  This is the Big Snit and putin is the little shit.

Today's song of the day comes from 85 from a UK group.  It is off their third album Oil and Gold.  The band was formed from a former XTC musician and a former Gang of Four musician.  The song had much success on the college music scene.  I am going to bet it is the only song that has ever used the word "parthenogenesis" in its lyrics.  I saw this band over at St. Andrews in D Town.  The band is Shriekback and the song is Nemesis.
