Today's song is from 2003 from a La La Cali band's debut eponymous album.  It was the first single off the album.  The video shows an African American man walking L A lip syncing and making some wild gestures to the music.  The band members are playing the white extras in the video.  The band is The Bronx and the song is They Will Kill Us All (Without Mercy).  Bring put-in to the Bronx or the meat grinder and kill him without mercy.
