Here is what I am reading presently.

The Last Kingdom  by Steve Berry

The di@khead says he knows nothing about it.  Smells like bull$hit to me. The cult of 45 will not save you.  It will not go better with Coke.  It will not get rid of the nubs either.

Speaking of jokes

Did tRump be yell and tweet "Lock her up!" about the apple of his sty, after learning that ewilly-wanka had used her private email for government business?

Here is today's The Math Contest question of the day.

I was fast again.

Here is my solution to yesterday's The Math Contest question of the day.

therefore next number is 2(171) + 76 - 34 = 384

Today's pic of the day is from Aug 14 this year.  The boy went to the Tiger's game and bought cheap tix upstairs and sat down behind the plate the whole game.  I got the pic off the tv.

Today's song of the day is from 91 off this UK artist's sixth album, Don't Try This At Home.  It was co-written with Johnny Marr, formerly guitarist of The Smiths.  The song is an anti-homophobe song.   I saw this musician back in 83-84ish at St. Andrews.  I stood with him in the audience during the opening act.  I said a couple of words to him to let him know that I knew who he was and made sure I kept it on the down low as most UM and MSU money bag kids had no idea who the Cuddly Communist was.  The musician is Billy Bragg and the song is Sexuallity.  We should put put-in in the meatgrinder just not at our home but his.

I've had relations with girls from many nations
I've made passes at women of all classes
And just because you're gay I won't turn you away
If you stick around I'm sure that
We can find some common ground
Sexuality
Strong and warm and wild and free
Sexuality
Your laws do not apply to me
A nuclear submarine sinks off the coast of Sweden
Headlines give me headaches when I read them
I had an uncle who once played for Red Star Belgrade
He said some things are really left best unspoken
But I prefer it all to be out in the open
Sexuality
Strong and warm and wild and free
Sexuality
Your laws do not apply to me
Sexuality
Don't threaten me with misery
Sexuality
I demand equality
I'm sure that everybody knows how much my body hates me
It lets me down most every time
And makes me rash and hasty
I feel a total jerk before your naked body of work
I'm getting weighed down with all this information
Safe sex doesn't mean no sex
It just means use your imagination
Stop playing with yourselves in hard currency hotels
I look like Robert De Niro
II drive a Mitsubishi Zero
Sexuality
Strong and warm and wild and free
Sexuality
Your laws do not apply to me
Sexuality
Come eat and drink and sleep with me
Sexuality
We can be what we want to be

Like Alanis Morissette 's song goes, "Isn't ironic".  Isn't it ironic that t-rump increased the sentence from 2 years to 5 years, thus making it a felony to have those government docs.  He was trying to get Hilary but even his sycophant  lap dog AG Barr couldn't even move forward there because it was a nothing burger.  By the way, happy Labour Day and enjoy going back to school.

Here is this week's The Math Contest question of the week.

I was at Booter's retirement party last night and closed it up.  Slept in and forgot about the 9 AM drop.  Oh well.  I got it but late.  Not to hard but a bit of calculations.
Here is my solution to last week's The Math Contest question of the week.

Today's song is a repeat but it fits the day.  The song comes from 1931 by activist Florence Reece and I am using a version from 1985 by an English artist sometimes known as the  cuddly communist.   I saw him at St Andrews Hall in Detroit.  He stood next to me during part of the opening band's set.  I talked to him a bit and it was strange that I don't think anyone recognized him.  I like many of his songs but I picked one suited for Labour Day.  The artist is Billy Bragg and the song is Which Side Are You On?  Below are two different versions.  As far as the fascists in russia goes, which side are you on?

Happy May Day.  Today is usually a big  worker and trade union day in Europe.  So today's song of the day will be their honour.  I saw this English singer over at St. Andrew's in Detroit back in 83-84.  I was standing on the floor with my girlfriend at the time and the singer whose birth name is Stephen stood next to me.  I introduce myself to him and he said to keep it on the qt as he did not want people to know who he was as most the kids in the audience would not recognize him from a hole in the ground.  Best part of the show is when he flipped his guitar around and he had a bumper sticker on it that said "Like Bush".  Remember who was running for or was President at the time.  It took a bit for the kids from the burbs to get it and they didn't know whether to shit or wind their watch.  Ok.  Hints.  Both his initials are the same.  His albums include Talking With The Taxman About Poetry, Workers Playtime, Life's A Riot With Spy Vs. Spy.  The song I picked is off that last album from 83 and is probably better known from the cover from 85 by Kristy MacColl.  The first two lines of the song are copied from Paul Simon.   "I was 21 years when I wrote this song/I'm 22 now, but I won't be for long".  The artist is Billy Bragg or better known as the Cuddly Communist and the song is A New England.  Oh yeah before I forget, fuck the russian rapists, russian nazis and fuck putin.

Song of the Day for Monday

Some call him the cuddly communist.  I saw Billy Bragg at St Andrews Hall in Detroit.  He stood next to me during part of the opening bands set.  I talked to him a bit and it was strange that I don't think anyone recognized him.  I like many of his songs but I picked one suited for Labour Day.  I have both the LP and a live version below.  If you are Canadian and  making any amazon.ca purchase please click on my links below first as I will get a small commission on anything you buy even if it is something else.   Thanks.
